We had a problem with our wall to wall carpet in a larger room in our house where the carpet developed a noticeable “hump” in several places a few years after installation. We found Ron and he came out, restretched the carpet and now it looks like it should. Ron is very knowledgeable about carpets and how to correct problems. He’s also very friendly and professional. We thought we would have to remove all the furniture in the room to restretch the carpet but Ron knew how to do it by repositioning furniture. That by itself was a big relief. I can’t recommend Ron enough. Supplier shows up on time , and does a fine job (carpet re-stretching) and completes the work within the time frame he said it would take. I pay him and he leaves. What more could you ask for, he made it easy for me to do business with him and he did a good job. I am extremely happy with the service, the carpeting, the installation and most of all the Customer Service provided. They were very patient, waiting on my needs. I was having windows installed so I wanted to wait until that was completed. It was rescheduled twice, once for backorder & once due to weather. That was not a problem for Ron, Flooring Innovations, he was here the day after the windows were installed. They are very professional, personable, polite and eager to get the job done right.
